THE TRINITY AT WORK

2 Corinthians 13:14
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Amen. (WEB)

The mystery of the Trinity is that there is one God who is expressed in three Persons... Father, Son & Holy Spirit. Three yet one. One yet three. The best description that I have ever heard to describe the Trinity came from a friend of mine who said that Jesus was the right arm of God and the Holy Spirit was the left arm of God and both arms were drawing humanity into the Father's bosom.

It is so amazing for me to think that the Trinity is at work in the heart of every believer around the world. They are truly one in heart and in mission to see each one of us conformed into the image of the Son (Romans 8:29).

It is the grace of God expressed in our Lord Jesus Christ that saves us. It is the love of God the Father that sustains us and it is the fellowship of the Holy Spirit that helps us every moment of every day. My prayer is that we would all know just how close and how involved the Trinity is in our midst.

We are not left to our own devices, for all of the resources of heaven have been committed to seeing us grow in the knowledge of God and be transformed from glory to glory. We are no longer on the outside looking in, but are now part of the amazing love that flows within the Trinity itself! As Jesus prayed to His Father in John 17:23... I in them, and you in me.

John 17:22-24
The glory which you have given me, I have given to them; that they may be one, even as we are one; I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one; that the world may know that you sent me, and loved them, even as you loved me. Father, I desire that they also whom you have given me be with me where I am, that they may see my glory, which you have given me, for you loved me before the foundation of the world. (WEB)
