WE ARE THE FATHER'S GIFT TO HIS SON
John 6:37
All those whom the Father gives me will come to me. He who comes to me I will in no way throw out. (WEB)
What an amazing picture this Bible verse paints! We are the Father's love gift to His Son, and Jesus is the love gift that the Father has given to us. It is our heavenly Father who continually reveals Jesus to our hearts and directs us to His Son. And it is Jesus who promises to receive every person that His Father entrusts to His care.
In this place of safety and security, we need not fear or be anxious about anything that may come our way. For we are in the midst of a great embrace within the Godhead. Our destiny is to simply dwell in this place of love and unity for all eternity! May the reality of our Father's love and the security of knowing we are safe in Christ be ours today and forever.
John 17:18-21
18 As you sent me into the world, even so I have sent them into the world. 19 For their sakes I sanctify myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified in truth. 20 Not for these only do I pray, but for those also who believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me.
