OUR GOOD WORKS GLORIFY OUR DAD

Matthew 5:14-16
14 You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden. 15 Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. 16 Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. We are a torch, lit by God Himself in order that we would shine for all the world to see. When our good works bear witness to the goodness of our Heavenly Father, we honor Him and bring glory to His name. Each one of us has been destined to complete the work that our Father intended us to do before the creation of the world (Ephesians 2:10).

My prayer is that we would not hide the light that is in us. May a new boldness come upon each one of us today as we let our light shine before men so that our Heavenly Father might be blessed and honored in all that we do. May each one of us know that we are indeed His masterpiece and it brings great joy to His heart when we live out the unique destiny that He has planned for us.
